COVID-19: Store Info.

For the safety of our customers and staff, we are following a number of protocols as per WorkSafe BC.

In-Store

For customers entering our showroom, we ask you to:

  • Wear a mask. If you do not have one available, we can provide one.
  • Wash/sanitize hands upon entering building and minimize touching various surfaces.
  • Remain home if you:
    • feel unwell,
    • travelled outside Canada within the last 14 days,
    • had recent contact with someone with COVID-19 and/or
    • are waiting for a COVID-19 test result.
  • Practice physical distancing of 6 ft/2 m or more. Maximum of 4 customers in the showroom at one time and 2 people from each household.

Online shopping is available 24/7 and we are available by phone, email and Facebook messenger during business hours. Free shipping over $49+ (terms & conditions apply). We are also taking precautionary health and safety measures for shipping and so are our couriers. As a result, there may be delays in receiving your order(s). Curbside and in-store pick-ups are also available.

Showroom/business hours: Monday - Saturdays 9am - 5pm PST.  

Installation 

If you have an installation appointment, please let us know in advance if you:

  • feel unwell,
  • travelled outside Canada within the last 14 days,
  • had recent contact with someone with COVID-19 and/or
  • are waiting for a COVID-19 test result.
